Pricing questions
What does the first payment cover? +
Your first month, which also covers the full design and build. There’s no separate setup fee. The first month’s payment is non-refundable because the build work starts right away.
Can I switch from Core to Growth later? +
Yes. Upgrade any time and the new features are switched on within a few business days. You can also move back down at your next billing date.
What isn’t included? +
No CRM, no SMS automation, no missed-call text back and no call tracking. New pages, new sections and custom features are quoted at an hourly rate, and add-ons (an extra language version, a booking link embed, local citations and directory listings, a Google Ads landing page) are quoted separately.
What happens if I cancel? +
The site goes offline at the end of your paid month, unless you pay the buyout fee to take the code with you. You always keep your domain and your leads. The buyout fee drops the longer you stay, and it is $0 after 36 months.
