Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to every website subscription sold on louisianawebdesigns.com. “We”, “us” and “Louisiana Web Designs” mean Varna SEO Agency Ltd., which operates the Louisiana Web Designs brand. “You” means the business that subscribes. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Your subscription includes a custom website for your business, hosting, maintenance, security updates and the features of the plan you choose (The Core Package or The Growth System) as described on our pricing page. Add-ons (an extra language version, a booking link embed, local citations and directory listings, a Google Ads landing page) are quoted separately. No plan includes a CRM, SMS automation, missed-call text back or call tracking.
2. Month-to-month billing
- There is no long-term contract. Your subscription renews monthly on the same date you first subscribed, until you cancel.
- There is no separate build fee. Your first monthly payment covers the design and build of your website.
- You can also prepay a year: 12 months for the price of 10, renewing yearly until you cancel.
- The first month’s payment is non-refundable, because design and build work begins immediately.
- To stop future charges, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
- No prorated refunds are given for cancellations in the middle of a billing month.
- If a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, we may pause the website until the account is brought up to date.
3. Launch timeline
We launch your website within 14 days of receiving your completed onboarding details (services, service area, contact details, logo and any photos or content you want to use) and, if you already own a domain, the access needed to connect it. Time spent waiting on information, approvals or domain access from you is not counted toward the 14 days.
Launch guarantee: PageSpeed 90+ on mobile and desktop at launch, or the next month is free.
4. Who owns what
You own your domain and your data
You keep 100% ownership of your domain name and of your customer data and leads, at all times, whether or not you remain a subscriber. If you don’t have a domain, we register one for you at no additional charge, in your business’s name, and keep it renewed while your subscription is active. On request, and after cancellation, we transfer the domain to you or your new provider and export your leads.
We own the website code and design
The website code, design, templates and site structure we create remain our property and are licensed to you for as long as your subscription is active. Content you supply (your logo, photos, testimonials and business information) remains yours. If you cancel, the website goes offline at the end of your paid month, unless you pay the buyout fee below to take the website code and design with you.
5. Buyout schedule
The buyout fee depends on how many consecutive months you have been subscribed when you request it:

After the buyout is paid, we deliver a copy of the website code and design and help move the site to the host you choose. The Review Engine, monthly reports and lead alerts are services, not code, and end with the subscription.
6. Edits
One edit is one change to an existing page, up to 30 minutes of work (for example a text change, an image swap or a promotional banner). The Core Package includes 3 edits per month, done within 48–72 business hours. The Growth System includes 6 edits per month, done within 24 business hours. Business hours: Mon–Fri, 8 am–6 pm Central. New pages, new sections and custom features (for example booking systems, e-commerce or third-party integrations) are not edits: that work is billed hourly, and we always quote it before starting.
7. Your responsibilities
- The information you give us (licenses, prices, service areas, photos, reviews) must be accurate and yours to use. We publish credentials and claims only as you provide them.
- Review requests from the Review Engine are sent from your own phone. You confirm that each customer has given you their number and agreed to be contacted, and you follow applicable messaging rules.
- You keep your Google Business Profile and other accounts in your own name.
8. Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe. Hosting, texting and email are provided through third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services but will work to restore your site promptly.
9. Results
We build every site to bring in calls and leads, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. Search engines and customers decide those.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email active subscribers at least 30 days before a change that affects price or ownership takes effect. Changes never apply retroactively to buyout fees you have already earned down.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
